White-Label Interior Design

Interior Design Delivered Under Your Brand

White-label design means every deliverable that reaches your client carries your company name, your logo, and your letterhead — and nothing else. We are the design team behind the curtain. Your client sees a contractor with a polished, in-house design department. What they never see is us: we sign an NDA, we never contact your client, and we never publish your projects in our own portfolio without written permission.

That distinction matters because design is where contractors either build trust or bleed it. Homeowners hire the company that can show them the finished room before demolition starts. But hiring a designer, buying rendering software, and building a selections process from scratch is a six-figure detour from running your actual business. We hand you the entire capability, pre-built, under your flag.

Each package includes curated moodboards, photorealistic 3D renderings, and a complete material take-off priced against your own price list — so the design your client falls in love with is one you can actually build at your margins. You submit photos, measurements, and scope; we run the design process end to end and deliver files ready to present.

Interior Design Delivered Under Your Brand

What's included

Built to close jobs, not win design awards.

Your Brand on Every Page

Moodboards, renderings, spec sheets, and estimates are all templated with your logo, colors, and contact info. Clients never see a third-party name — the work reads as yours because contractually it is yours.

NDA-Backed Confidentiality

We operate under a mutual non-disclosure agreement as standard. Your client list, your pricing, and your project details stay locked down. We will not market to your customers, ever.

Design That Matches Your Numbers

Every design is priced against the price list you give us at onboarding. We never spec a $14,000 slab into a $40,000 kitchen. The rooms we design are rooms you can profitably build.

Zero Client Contact From Us

You own the relationship from first call to final walkthrough. We work entirely through you — feedback, revisions, and presentations all flow through your team, keeping you the hero in the room.

One-Time Onboarding, Then Turnkey

Send us your logo, price list, and preferred suppliers once. From then on, every project needs only photos, measurements, and scope notes. No re-explaining your business on every job.

Retainer-Ready Deliverables

Packages are built to anchor a paid design retainer — typically around $1,000, credited toward the build. Clients who pay for design close at dramatically higher rates than clients collecting free bids.

How it runs

From intake to sell-ready.

  1. Onboard Your Brand Once

We collect your logo, brand colors, price list, and go-to suppliers, then build your branded deliverable templates. This happens one time, before your first project.

  2. Submit the Project

Upload site photos, measurements, and a scope summary through your portal. A ten-minute submission is all a project requires from your side.

  3. We Design End to End

Our team develops the concept, sources materials from your supplier network, models the space in 3D, and prices everything against your list.

  4. Review and Revise Privately

You get the full package first. Request changes before anything reaches your client — revisions are included, not billed as extras.

  5. Present as Your Own

Deliver the branded package in your sales meeting. Your client sees your company's design work; you close with visuals and numbers instead of a line-item guess.

Questions

Before you ask.

Will my clients ever find out a third party did the design?

Not from us. Every file is branded as your company, our NDA prohibits us from revealing +Design to your clients or claiming the work publicly, and when we do face your client — running a design meeting, walking them through selections — it's as your in-house team under your name. Legally and practically, the design work product belongs to your business.

What exactly is in a white-label design package?

Curated moodboards with real, purchasable products; photorealistic 3D renderings of the finished space; and a complete material take-off with quantities and costs pulled from your own price list. Everything arrives templated with your branding, ready to present.

Do I need any design software or staff on my end?

No. You need someone who can take photos, record measurements, and write a scope summary — usually whoever ran the initial site visit. We handle concept, sourcing, modeling, rendering, and pricing on our side.

Who owns the design files?

You do. Deliverables are licensed to your company for unlimited use with your clients, in your marketing, and on your website. We only feature a project in our own materials with your written sign-off.

Can I charge my clients for these design packages?

That is the entire play. Most contractors charge a design retainer of roughly $1,000, credited toward the job when the client signs. The retainer filters out tire-kickers, and at $600 or less per package on subscription, the retainer alone can make design a profit center before you swing a hammer.
