The resale play
Charge a $1,000 design retainer and your design program can pay for itself by design #2.
Credit it toward the build when they sign. Your foot is in the door, your client is committed, and your calendar stays focused on selling.

Before you ask.
What counts as one design?
One room or continuous space on one project — a kitchen, a primary bath, a basement level. Whole-home projects are scoped as multiple designs up front so there are no surprises.
Do unused subscription designs roll over?
Capacity resets monthly — the subscription buys dedicated design throughput, not a bank of credits. Most partners ramp to full capacity by month two once the retainer play is running.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
Month to month. Pause or cancel with 30 days' notice. The a-la-carte option has no commitment at all — many partners start with one design to see the deliverables firsthand.
How does the price-list setup work?
One-time onboarding: you share your labor rates, material sources, and markup rules. Every estimate we produce after that is priced the way you price — so the number we hand you is the number you can sign.
Can I switch from a-la-carte to the subscription?
Anytime. If you subscribe within 30 days of an a-la-carte purchase, we credit that $1,500 toward your first month.
