The process

You close. We take the reins.

White-glove from intake to closing presentation — so the hours between “they signed” and “we broke ground” belong to your pipeline, not your design software.

  1. Step 01

Close your client with a design retainer

Sell design as the first step of the job — most partners charge around $1,000, credited toward the build when the client signs. We hand you the word-for-word playbook on onboarding, so the pitch is ready before your next sales call.

  2. Step 02

    Submit the project — once

Photos, measurements, scope notes, and your client's wishlist go into a simple intake. Your price list is loaded during onboarding (one time), so every estimate after that is priced the way you price.

  3. Step 03

    We design. You keep selling.

Moodboard and selections first — typically in 5–7 days. Your client reacts, we revise. Then the full draft set: dimensioned floorplans, elevations to NKBA standards, door, cabinet, and finish schedules, photoreal 3D renderings, and a complete take-off with an estimate built from your rates and markups. Video walkthroughs and VR-ready files are available when the job warrants the wow.

  4. Step 04

Present it under your brand — or we will

Everything arrives as a presentation deck carrying your logo — drawings, moodboard, renders, line-item scope, sell-ready number. Present it yourself, or have your +Design designer run the meeting as your in-house design team. Sit in on every design meeting or hand us the whole phase; your client sees one company the entire way through: yours.

  5. Step 05

    Revise until it closes

Revision rounds are included, handled white-glove. When your client says yes, the design fee credits toward the contract and the job rolls straight into production with the take-off in hand.

Process questions

How partners actually run it.

What do I need to send for each project?

Site photos, basic measurements, the scope you sold, and anything your client has shared — Pinterest boards, magazine tear-outs, verbal wishes. Our intake takes about 15 minutes per project.

How do revisions work?

Your client reacts to the moodboard and renders through you; you forward notes through your project thread. Revisions turn around in 48–72 hours. Rounds are included — we iterate until it closes.

Who runs the design meetings with my client?

We do, if you want us to — that's the point of white-glove. Your designer joins or leads client design meetings as a member of YOUR team, under your company name and your deck. Sit in on every meeting or hand us the whole design phase while you sell; either way, your client never hears the name +Design.

Are the drawings engineering- and permit-ready?

We draft to NKBA standards and build every set to be engineering-ready: dimensioned floorplans, elevations, and full door, cabinet, and finish schedules your permit packet can build on. Engineering stamps and structural engineering stay with you and your engineer of record — we set the drawings up so that handoff is clean.

How does my price list stay current?

Update it whenever your costs change — send the new numbers and every estimate from that point uses them. Many partners sync quarterly.

Can you match my existing design style or portfolio?

Yes. During onboarding we build a style profile from your past projects and preferred vendors, so deliverables look like a natural extension of your work.
